Stashbuster Doll Sweater

Heads up! This post contains affiliate links which means I get may get a commission if you purchase something based on my recommendations here.

I made this little raglan sweater for my American Girl Doll using some beautiful Comfy Color Mist yarn I had leftover from a baby blanket I made this fall. (Yay for Stashbusting!)

Doll Ragland Sweater

The fun thing about this sweater is that I wrote the pattern myself!  In fact, I wrote thousands of patterns just like it… sort of. 😉  What I mean is that I put my mad excel skillz to work and created a pattern generator to spit out an 18” doll raglan pattern using any yarn/needle combo you’d like – you just enter your gauge and it does the rest.

I’ll share the tool with y’all at some point — I’m still perfecting it.  In the meantime, if anyone would like to do a little test knit with it, I’d love your feedback.  Just pop a comment here and I’ll reach out to you.  (You don’t have to own excel – I also created a google sheets version, which is a free program).
