There is nothing quite as satisfying as knitting an entire sweater in one week! … And also nothing quite as improbable… unless you are talking about a doll sweater, which I am. I think this simple little Henley Tee turned out adorable and it was a great project to use this cashmere-blend yarn that I have been struggling to find a project for. (It tried to be a scarf, but it didn’t like it).
Here is Athena modeling this adorable sweater:
And here is a close up shot. I struggled a bit with the buttons. There are supposed to be four of them and they are supposed to be smaller, but I was in a hurry so I just used what I had available so only three would fit. Then, I couldn’t find the bottom buttonhole… did I forget to knit it? Maybe? Anyway, so the very bottom button is sewn on in the closed position. I think that’s also why there is a tiny bit of puckering under the button band. Not ideal, but I don’t think the wearer of the sweater will complain.
