Return of the Little Leafy Socks

Heads up! This post contains affiliate links which means I get may get a commission if you purchase something based on my recommendations here.

As a knitter, I love it when a sock pattern is so fabulous that you want to knit it multiple times. As a knitting blogger, it makes life kind of difficult when you have to come up with a new hook for your post every time you reknit a pattern. Usually, I love a challenge, but today I’m going to give myself a free pass and just link to my last post about verybusymonkey’s Little Leafy Socks, and then I’ll dive right into sharing some photos of my latest pair. Sound good?

But first, if you happen to be reading this post at the time of publication (April 2026), you’ll be delighted to know that verybusymonkey is having a pattern sale all month! So, check that out:

And now, here are my socks:

And a zoom in on the freshly-blocked lace:

I started knitting these in the Fall and I was totally digging the red leaf theme, but they lingered on my needles for a while and now it’s Spring and the vibe feels a bit off. If you want to see them in a more Spring-appropriate color, check out this pair I knitted in a stunning purpley-pink yarn.

And now that I have successfully backlinked to the two other posts I already wrote about this pattern, I will wrap up with the project details, and we can all go back to our regularly scheduled knitting. (Sorry if this felt like a mid-season Simpsons clip show, y’all!)
