Little Leafy Socks

Heads up! This post contains affiliate links which means I get may get a commission if you purchase something based on my recommendations here. (It’s an awesome way to support this blog!)

Verybusymonkey is one of my favorite indie knitting pattern designers! I especially love her sock and shawl patterns. This pattern is called Little Leafy Socks it doesn’t disappoint! This will be my third pair of these (check out my pattern review here). The cool thing about this pattern is that the lace looks great knit-side out or purl-side out, so it’s really two patterns in one. I’ve only ever done the knit-side out because purls slow me down, lol. But I’ll try it one of these days…

Pattern: Little Leafy Socks by verybusymonkey

Yarn: Knit Picks Stroll in Poppy

Needles: knitting magic loop style on U.S. Size 1.5 (2.5mm) 32” nickel-plated fixed circular needles from Knit Picks (these needles have been discontinued, but the Knit Picks Reflections steel circular knitting needles are also fab or I also like ChiaoGoo’s Red Lace circulars for socks. You can buy those on Amazon or often at your LYS. They are a little more expensive than the Knit Picks needles, but it may be sixes once you factor in free shipping if you are a Prime member or can buy at a brick & mortar store)
