I’ve got another fun pair of stripey socks off the needles!  I really love this colorway of Felici – it’s called Sally.  The fun thing about Felici is that the colorways change all the time so there is always something new to pick from.  The flip side of that is that is that this specific colorway isn’t available anymore, but they have some fun new colors I can’t wait to collect.  (I’m really digging the Carrot Cake colorway in the newest line).

Striped Handknit Socks

This pair of socks is special because I they were part of a fundraising campaign I set up for BUILD on #GivingTuesdayNow.  I asked my friends to make a gift to support BUILD’s youth entrepreneurship program and then I picked one of them at random to receive this pair of socks.

I thought this picture was kind of fun to entice people to give:

yarn used: 1.42 balls = 310 yards = 71 grams
size knit: CO 64 stitches; finished “tube” before adding heel was 15.25’’ from top of cuff to tip of toe
finished size: Tip of Toe to Back of Heel – 9’’ ; Top of cuff to bottom of heel – 9’’
