Office Retreat Socks

Every year the organization I work for goes on a lovely retreat in Santa Cruz which gives me a chance to knit on the beach, which is a fabulous experience.  (OK, to be fair, I knit from my balcony overlooking the beach.  You know, ‘cuz of sand issues.)

This year I cast on a pair of 9 to 5 socks for the occasion…  get the irony?  Because I was knitting them while away from the 9 to 5?  I crack myself up.  Anyway, here are my Office Retreat Socks:
