Heads up! This post contains affiliate links which means I get may get a commission if you purchase something based on my recommendations here.
A few weeks ago I posted the sad news that Bluprint was shutting down and there wasn’t a clear plan for how we were going to access our purchased classes going forward. I lot of people were very angry and freaking out, but I had faith that they would figure something out…. and they did! A week or so ago, they made the announcement that they sold their assets to TN Marketing who will continue to make all this awesome content available. Yay! This week there was a new announcement on there saying TN is bringing back the Craftsy brand… TBH, I don’t really care that much between whether its Bluprint or Craftsy – as long as the classes are awesome and affordable – but if you forced me to choose, I would choose the Craftsy brand, so it’s fun that it’s back.
This has been a weird situation for me because I have been a Craftsy/Bluprint affiliate for several years so I have many links on this blog that point to my favorite courses that were generated through my affiliate provider. With all the chaos, Bluprint paused that affiliate program so all the links to that content on my blog are dead right now. I’m sorry! I’ve reached out to them to see if they plan to reactivate the links and see what that timeline is, so hang tight. I’m hoping they will turn back on soon and everything will forward. If that doesn’t happen, I’ll do my best to go back and update them so you can still find the classes I’ve recommended when they are on the new Craftsy site. Honestly, I love the content and want to share it with you regardless of whether I earn a commission on it, so I’ll make it happen.
FYI – if you have a blog and are curious about affiliate marketing, I highly recommend the Shareasale network. They have a lot of awesome merchants in the creative sector including Knit Picks, Create for Less, and Etsy.
