Toilet paper is pretty much everyone’s most valuable possession these days, so I decided to knit a little sweater to keep my last roll safe and warm. ♥

Several years ago I bought this book called Toilet Roll Covers in a moment of whimsy, but it’s just been chilling on my bookshelf ever since.  So I decided that in today’s toilet-paper-obsessed climate, now was time to bust it out and knit myself a TP cozy.

Honestly, this pattern was pretty crazy to follow – I had to use my imagination occasionally to fill in some gaps in the instructions.  Also, it involved a ton of seaming, which is not my favorite thing to do.  The cables were a bit more elaborate to knit than I thought they would be when I embarked on this project.  But, thanks to Patty Lyons, I’m a pro at cables, so it was easy to get through them.
