This is one of my most exciting FOs to post because it is the first knitting pattern that I have designed myself! Yay! Go me!! I was inspired to design my own socks after taking Donna Druchunas’s Craftsy class, Knit Original Toe-Up Socks.* I took notes while I knit these and I fully intend to write up a little pattern for you to follow if you would like to make your own pair!

notes:
- I’m generally not a fan of toe-up socks because I like a gusset heel, so I was happy that the Craftsy course included instructions on how to create a gusset heel with toe-ups. The math was slightly complicated, but I managed to figure it all out – just had to concentrate.
