Another pair of stripey socks off the needles! I just love the Sock Surgeon’s Afterthought Heel technique. I pretty much always have a pair of these going – they are great just for brainless knitting and also superb to give as gifts because you don’t need to know the shoe size of the recipients until the final step. I often like to cast on a pair of these and let them tell me who the owner should be as I work on them. These fantastic purple socks told me wanted to belong to my friend Ryan, so off to her they will go!
