Prairie Spring Socks: Wonderful Pattern for Speckled Sock Yarn

Heads up! This post contains affiliate links which means I get may get a commission if you purchase something based on my recommendations here.

Over the summer I bought some amazing speckled yarn from ICraftOutsideTheBox on etsy.  The colorway is called Sunshine and Rainbows and the colors are so much fun! Reminds me of a funfetti cake.  (I saturated the color a bit in the images below for some instagram fun… they aren’t quite so neon, but still beautiful).

I saw something on Pinterest that recommended patterns to show off speckled yarn and this pattern was one of the ones they suggested, it’s called Prairie Spring.  It’s a lovely pattern, though it’s written more for people who have a few socks under their belt.  It might be hard to follow the instructions if you aren’t super familiar with sock construction.

So, here are the finished socks (again, I had a little fun dialing up the saturation… I couldn’t resist!)
