Daphne Socks

I made these gorgeous socks for my friend and coworker Kira.  She is so classy and gorgeous, she needed socks to match her amazing spirit!

finished size: bottom of heel flap to top of cuff: 8.5”; back of heel flap to tip of toe: 10.25″; leg circumference: ~7″ (all measurements taken after blocking… I swear it grew in length by about 1/2 inch!)

notes

  • German twisted cast on. My fave!
  • Modified toe as I always do on Cookie A socks (I like a more round toe, she favors a pointy one): decrease every other row until 40 stitches remain, then decrease every row until 20 remain.
